Sometimes we feel like we’re going around in circles, stuck in old patterns, or emotionally drained. In my counseling sessions, I’ll guide you (usually over 2 to 10 sessions) in understanding the “melody of life” behind your challenges.

 

Together, we’ll reflect on stressful situations, identify limiting and often unconscious patterns of thought and behavior, and strengthen your personal resources and coping strategies. Whether you’re dealing with stress, emotional challenges, or difficult decisions—the counseling process is tailored to your specific situation and helps you develop greater clarity, stability, and lasting well-being. ​

Our Approach

In my counseling practice, I combine a depth psychology approach (in short: depth psychology deals with unconscious processes) with modern positive psychology and mindfulness. Drawing on Alfred Adler’s individual psychology, we look beneath the surface:

  • Understanding the causes: Why do you react exactly this way in certain situations? We’ll help you uncover your subconscious drivers and your personal lifestyle. This way, we don’t just treat symptoms—we address the root causes of your blockages.

  • Unlocking your potential: What hidden strengths do you already possess? Through targeted encouragement, we’ll help you harness these resources in your daily life.

  • Sustainable change: We work on your inner attitude. Because only when the foundation is stable can external goals—as we know them from coaching—be achieved in the long term.

 

Whether through classical lifestyle analysis, creative methods, or stengths work—we’ll find the path that feels authentic and right for you from the inside out.

The Counseling Process

Initial Session - CHF 150.-

The first session serves as a structured starting point for developing a comprehensive understanding of your situation. During the 75-minute session, we will:

✅ Explore your concerns, goals, and current life situation


✅ Identify behavioral patterns and emotional challenges


✅ Discuss relevant psychological frameworks that may apply to your case


✅ Define a tailored approach using a blend of psychosocial counseling, coaching, and mindfulness techniques

At the end of this session, we’ll determine the best next steps together.

Further Sessions - CHF 120.-

Follow-up sessions (60 minutes) focus on deepening our work:

✅ Analyzing obstacles and identifying solutions


✅ Applying tailored techniques for self-reflection and personal development


✅ Adjusting strategies as you progress to ensure lasting change

 

The number of sessions required depends on the complexity of your concerns and how many topics you’d like to explore.

Further Information

Place & Format: as individual as you

In person: One-on-one sessions in the peaceful atmosphere of Baden’s old town.

On the go: “Walk & Talk” – coaching in the fresh air (Baden, downtown Zurich, or in the woods/nature).

Digital: Location-independent online consulting for maximum flexibility in your (international) daily life.

Good to know

Payment: Conveniently on-site via TWINT, in cash, or (starting with the second session) by invoice.

Confidentiality: I adhere to the SGfB Code of Ethics, am bound by professional confidentiality, and work in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

✅ Languages: Consultations are available in German and English.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Note for clients: My services are intended for self-paying clients. This guarantees you complete discretion and independence from health insurance requirements.
