A warm welcome!
First time you're here? No worries, we got you.
Here is a simple guide on what we're all about.
Unser "Wozu" kurz & knackig
Maybe you’ve landed here because the story you’ve been living lately feels heavy. Perhaps the "script" you’ve followed for your career or your life no longer fits who you are becoming.
I’ve spent 20 years navigating the high-pressure corridors of international corporations, and I’ve spent just as long studying the quiet, profound depths of the human psyche. What I’ve learned is simple but life-changing:
We aren't born with a manual for the hard stuff.
Most of us aren't taught how to grieve a loss while keeping a team motivated. We aren't taught how to set boundaries in toxic environments or how to honor a sensitive nervous system in a world that never stops shouting. We think we should 'just know' how to handle it—or worse, we tell ourselves and others to 'toughen up'.
The Heart of my Work
I created Ardin Psychology & Consulting for the people who are tired of "quick fixes" and "surface-level" wellness. I’m here for the individuals, enterpreneurs, leaders and companies who want to look at the systemic roots of their stress—not just the symptoms.

Could we be a good fit to work together?
✅ When your personal story and your current circumstances feel stuck. Whether it’s a relationship that has lost its rhythm, a loss that feels too big to carry alone, or a transition that has left you feeling "unmapped." Or also, if life just feels too overwhelming and you do not know exactly why.
✅When your work-life is costing you your "Self." If you’re a high-achiever or a neurodivergent or sensitive professional (SPS) feeling the weight of a corporate culture that doesn't "see" you, we speak the same language.
✅When your organization needs a new "DNA." If you’re a leader or enterpreneur who knows that "culture" isn't a poster on a wall, but the living, breathing story of how your people feel every Monday morning.
What you won't find here
As much as we’d love to support you – it’s important to know our limits. Well-being Rebel’s mission is to strengthen mental well-being through prevention, education, everyday reflection, and empowering tools. We are not a medical or therapeutic institution.
That means you won’t find:
❌ medical diagnoses
❌ psychiatric or psychotherapeutic long-term treatment
❌ clinical treatment for diagnosed mental health conditions
If you’re currently in a situation that requires that kind of support, please reach out to the right professionals. Please keep in mind: You don’t have to go through this alone.
Where you can find help:

Meet Nicole
Behind every development – whether in an individual or a company – there is a story. This is mine:
I am Nicole Ardin, and my fascination with human behavior is closely linked to my neurodivergence (HSP/SPS). What I could only grasp intuitively for a long time – subtle dynamics, unspoken tensions, reading between the lines – I now recognize as one of my greatest strengths. Over time, I have learned to give this perception a solid, psychological language.
As a psychosocial counselor, I never view an individual in isolation. My approach is rooted in Individual Psychology by Alfred Adler, which teaches us that we always develop within a social context and through our relationships. This foundation is complemented by insights from Positive Psychology – with the goal of creating structured, measurable change rather than just short-term motivation.
At the same time, I bring expertise in Personnel/Business Psychology (CAS, FFHS) and over 20 years of experience in international corporations (HR, Sales & Marketing). I understand the dynamics of the professional world, its demands, and its hidden areas of tension. In my work, I bridge these two worlds: analytical clarity and a keen sense of what lies beneath the surface.
In addition, I work with science-backed, mindfulness-based methods for stress regulation. As an MBSR-certified mindfulness trainer and Pranayama teacher (yogic breath work), I support individuals, groups, and teams in staying connected to themselves, even in challenging moments.
Are you ready to discover new perspectives for yourself or your team? I look forward to accompanying you on this journey.
