Meet Nicole
Behind every journey—whether for an individual or a company—there is a story. This is mine:
I am Nicole Ardin. My fascination with human behavior and my keen perceptiveness (SPS) shape the way I view the world. My ability to quickly grasp subtle nuances, unspoken dynamics, and hidden patterns forms the foundation of my work today: I combine years of practical experience in the business world with in-depth psychological expertise and a holistic perspective.
What ties all these threads together in my work is the power of narratives. Whether in psychological counseling, corporate culture, or as an artist at Ard & Alchemy: I never look only at what’s visible at first glance, but at the story behind it. Because only when we understand the unwritten scripts within ourselves and our systems can we rewrite them.
How to flourish together
As a psychosocial counselor and mentor, I guide you through in-depth conversations, combined with well-founded individual psychological lifestyle work, work with inner parts (IFS), and positive psychology concepts (e.g., the PERMA model). My approach is resource- and solution-oriented: My goal is never to “fix” deficits, but rather to strengthen your innate sense of self-efficacy and sharpen your focus on what truly matters.
It is particularly important to me to help you connect with your inner compass and realize your own potential. I see my role as fostering empowering processes of reflection, untangling old entanglements, and bringing clarity. In doing so, I consistently bring a blend of analytical depth, down-to-earth practicality, a touch of lightheartedness, and creativity to the counseling process.
